The Government Higher Secondary School, Bharathannoor owned by the Government of Kerala has a great position among public sector schools. Founded in 1926 as a Lower Primary School, the school is considered one of the prominent schools in Kerala. This school has a galaxy of celebrated teachers with a genuine effort in exuding out the best talents in the pupils. G.H.S.S. Bharathannoor has an inspiring history of 50 years of institutionalized education after raising it to the standard of a High School. Initially inaugurated as an LP School in 1926 and upgraded as a High School in 1960 this Institution stepped up the ladder of success as a result
of the hard work and commitment of the teachers and the Headmasters who held office at regular periods in the past. Our School had a glowing academic performance. All of the students try their best to keep the prestigious position of the school. We give an important position for co-curricular activities in our school. Students were provided better opportunities to expose their talents. Our Teachers and students work hand in hand for the glory of the institution.
