FutuReady Pediatric Intervention Services

FutuReady was established by two professional enthusiasts using the model of a multidisciplinary approach for the intervention of children with developmental disorders.


In the beginning, our founders, Aakanksha Naynesh Gupte and Sakshi Bhatia, started practising the professions individually in a small room arrangement taking turns for providing services in the arrangement and at home alternatively. During which they encountered a common difficulty faced by parents which were, them not being able to avail all the services required by the child at one place, which reflected in consumption of an excess of time and energy. It also reflected on the child’s development as the goals taken up were also different. The founders believed that the overall development of a child as an individual is possible only when different professionals come together and work towards common goals for each child. Hence they collaborated and founded this multidisciplinary centre in a store room. Since then they have been working consistently with children with various developmental disorders and with different professionals as well. Slowly the founders expanded the start-up by teaming up with more professionals to expand and also provide the services more efficiently. Currently, FutuReady is a fully fledged multidisciplinary pediatric intervention centre offering excellent services.

The mission of FutuReady is to provide useful, theoretically sound and evidence based intervention for the assessment and treatment of children with deficits in speech-language skills, sensory skills, gross and fine motor skills, self-help skills, oro-motor skills, pre writing skills and academic skills. It consists of effective multidisciplinary pediatric care that focuses on child-centred as well as behavioural methods of intervention to care planning and provision which involves the patient (family and care givers) with the aim to maximize the patient’s participation in his or her social setting and minimize the difficulty and distress they experience.


We are a team qualified professionals who believe, “learning is fun” and carry it out through goal directed approaches. We are dedicated to providing quality services like speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, sensory integration therapy, behavioural management, oral placement therapy, special education services to children with various communication disorders like Autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorders and other developmental disorders. Our services include one to one individual therapy sessions and as well as interactive group sessions. We believe in parent empowerment as parents have the greatest impact on our children’s language development and hence our centre offers parent training programs by certified professionals.
