Sharing guidelines again as some of u didn't bother to read and some are new


Hi all.... Guys we r trying to provide u with best of variety at affordable prices.... We need ur support and cooperation... Pls keep in mind the following points:

*No cancellations once booked... (Not even after 2 mins)
* please check the delivery or courier timeline before booking only...
*color may slightly vary due to lighting effects
* no guarantee on anything.... Not even for one day
* please check things at the time of delivery only... Inform asap with the pic... No requests shall be entertained after 12 hours of receiving the stuff
* pls don't compare prices or ask for discounts
* courier prices fixed... No changes... We pay labour for packaging and also buy the packing material

* pls don't ask for prices when we update stuff.. Pls wait
* pls make a note for prices urself... I can answer for availability but not for prices evrytime... Pls help
* no couriers without prior payments... so pls don't even ask for it
*All courier will be send next day of payment. So don't tell that pls send today.
* we shall remove inactive resellers as n when required
* most imp... Your Clients emergencies and issues.. We shall not handle them... That u need to handle.. we don't take cancellation on this pretext... The most common and the most absurd one
* pls no calls ... And don't expect us to reply within 5 mins always... We shall always try to reply asap... But pls cooperate... We work from home coz we can't devote time for full time jobs ... So kindly bear with us ..
* we provide you with what's available in market... We don't manufacture these so we can't guarantee customer satisfaction.... Your customer is ur responsibility... So pls don't fight with me over customer dissatisfaction ..
* in case of a defect.. If we mutually agree for a return... Pls make sure the return is made within 48 hours... We shall not accept any return after 2 days
* please understand its not feasible for me to keep sending pics of all couriers slips .. It's my duty to send couriers timely... If I don't.. I make sure I inform u guys... But sending slip is not a compulsion... Please note
Yes.. If a courier doesn't reach timely... We r there to help .. Don't ping continuously for courier slips...
* PICK UPS... Pls pick up ur stuff timely... It's a request
* no cancellation or return on pretext of courier getting late... The courier company is not owned by me ... Rather in this case.. Please arrange for ur own couriers
* damages/lost/theft in couriers... Neither of us at fault... Don't expect me to bear full amount ... There has to be a mid way solution for that ( have already borne too much on this pretext )
*We are responsible for delivery to you and not ur clients .. courier follow ups and damage in courier is to be borne by you .. pls only concern me in case of genuine issues
* last but not the least.. each one of u is imp... So lets work together for mutual benefits....
