Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Policy:
It takes between 2-3 weeks for us to dispatch your ordered item from the time you place the order with us.
The reason it takes this much time is that due to the nature of our business we place an order with the brand directly only after the sale is closed and after that it takes between 2 to 3 weeks for the suppliers merchandize to reach our warehouse. Post this we do a quality check on the merchandize and then ship as per your order and destination. Fashion India ensures that the fastest and most efficient dispatch & delivery chain is in place to get your orders to you as swiftly as possible from our warehouse. From the time your order is dispatched from our Order Processing Centre, it takes 2- 7 working days to reach you.

Delivery in India:
Fashion India delivers to most locations within India. For logistical reasons, we are unable to deliver to few places.
Delivery methods:
Fashion India dispatches all parcels using a courier chosen according to your order or the type of products offering you a fast and reliable delivery service.With this service, your parcel is delivered within 2 – 7 working days of being dispatched. You can track your delivery by calling us or email us.
Delivery charges:
For deliveries within India charges will be a flat rate of Rs. 100.

Other Charges:
Any additional charges such as octroi will be borne by the customer.

As per actual charges

FAQ:

Can I choose my delivery date?
Fashion India are unable to make changes to your expected delivery date. Once we receive the stock in our Order Processing Center, the items are sorted and put into parcels for dispatch to our members. During this preparation phase, we are unable to intervene to dispatch your parcel before or after the others.

Delivery problems:
Despite our best efforts and those of our courier, certain issues can arise before your parcel is delivered. In order to guarantee you a quality service, we promise to do its best to find the causes and resolve the problem in a timely manner.


» What should I do if I cannot track my order online?
Once your parcel has been dispatched, an email containing your parcel information is sent to you automatically.You can then follow your parcel’s progress by quoting us your order number.

» What happens if I am not available to receive my parcel?
Should you not be present when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, our courier partner makes attempts to reach you via a phone call and SMS. Please ensure that you take calls from our courier partner to facilitate delivery of your package. A second attempt will automatically be made within 24 hours. After the second attempt, our courier will hold on to your parcel for 3 days awaiting further instructions from the recipient before returning your parcel to us.
Once the parcel has been sent back to us, you must wait until it arrives in our Order Processing Center. At this time you will automatically receive an email asking you if you would like us to resend your parcel .We will hold the parcel for you at our Order Processing Center for a week from the time we send you an email. If we do not hear from you in this timeframe we will need to cancel your order.

» What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel?
If when you receive your parcel you notice that it is damaged you should refuse to accept it. All parcels are guaranteed to be in perfect condition when they are dispatched from our Order Processing Center, complete with security tape that should be visible and intact. If you refuse your parcel, please let us know.

» What should I do if a damaged parcel has been left for me?
If your parcel was left for you in your post-box, or if your neighbor/ reception/ anyone on your behalf has accepted it, and it is damaged, the parcel is considered as “Accepted”.If on opening your parcel you notice that items are damaged or missing, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt of your order.

» I have only received part of my order
Please be aware that your order may be dispatched in separate parcels and on different dates. In case we do so, we will keep you informed via an email

» I have received a defective item or my order is incorrect
If you notice that the items you’ve received are faulty or if your parcel does not contain the items you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Cancellation & Returns
Fashion India has put in place no-hassle procedures to ensure that you can buy from us in confidence and return the item if it has size issues or if the item is faulty or not what you ordered.
Only store credit will be given for such returns. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including: hangers, polyester bags, hang tags on garments. Any items that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
If the return is due to a size issue or some other issues (not an error on our part), it is the member’s responsibility to pay for return shipping. On our part we will give you a discount coupon. If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), we will reimburse the invoice value as well as the shipping charge you bear to return the package, up to a maximum of Rs 150/kg. All returns which are not valid will not be accepted and will be sent back.
Please note Fashion India will not be liable for any damage that happens in transit.
Returns procedure:
Courier the product(s) to Fashion India.
Should you wish to return all or a part of your order, you need to let us know within 7 days from the date of receiving your parcel. You can either call our Customer Support No. +91 9958959353 between 11am and 7pm or write to us.
After validating your return request over phone we will send you an email authorizing a return. Please bear in mind that we should receive the return package within 10 days of us sending the authorizing email.
Post receipt of the return package, we will proceed to inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund or merchandise credit in the appropriate amount. If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you. In either scenario your return issue will be closed within 10 days of our receiving of the return package from you.
Refunds are made as follows:
1. If the payment was made in cash then the refund is made in the form of a cheque.
2. If the payment is made using a credit/debit card (or any form of net banking) then the amount is credited back to the same account from which the payment was made.
3. When a refund is to be made due to sizing issues from customer’s end (for apparel and footwear) then the amount is refunded in the form of store credits.
Please Note: Fashion India will make refund cheques only in the registered name of the customer.

Due to our business model, we do not hold stock, and therefore we are unable to offer exchanges.



Cancellation Policy

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your in your Card Account. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Fashion India and accept Fashion India’s decision regarding the cancellation
• Products once dispatched cannot be returned except when an approval have given through us.

Cancellation BY YOU
Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase:
You can cancel the order within 24 hours of your purchase by writing or calling to us for your prepaid order. The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and you will get a confirmation email and the bonus used if any will be reverted to your account automatically.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Fashion India and accept Fashion India’s decision regarding the cancellation

Cancellation after 24 Hours is over:
We need you to understand that on the basis of your consent written/ verbal we place the order with the brand, thus cancelling the order by you after 24 hours is over is a double loss of revenue for us.
In such a case we need a written email from you stating the order number and the reason for cancellation.
After receiving that email Fashion India will take a decision.

Please note:
In cancellation after 24 hours of placing the order, if it is approved, the bonus used if any is not reverted and in case of Prepaid order, the money is reflected back in your account in form of purchase credits.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Fashion India and accept Fashion India’s decision regarding the cancellation.
