He is passionate about helping people achieve their dreams. He moves along with a Vision of “Happy Individual -Happy Family” and Mission to “Empower Family Empower India”.
Imam Shamsudin, after completing one year diploma in Basic Counseling ,secured his degree from Calicut university in the year 1997.He completed his religious Education from Hasaniya Arabic College kayamkulam, Alappuzha Dist. and mastered in Prophetic teaching (MA)from the most prestigious Islamic University,Darul Uloom Deoband Uttar Pradesh.He is also a Certified NLP & Mind power Trainer. He has also procured TCI3 international Certification.To Control the mind & body His international Certification to conduct Yoga is an eye cooling Program for Stressed peoples.

His contributions to the Country are greatly shown through his wide Experience. His Ten years of Continuous hardwork as Chief Imam in Kalathodu Juma Masjid, Thrissur from June 2000 ended up in establishing religious harmony among the people of the locality & enabled them to develop a great Social Culture. In the Year 2010 he joined as Chief Imam in Poonthura Puthen Palli Trivandrum which inturn was a revolution for the people over there. Through Mahallu Empowerment programme, which included individual counselling to each families lighted & uplifted the life of nearly Thousand three hundred Families. After feeling a great amount of satisfaction in pursuing his dreams, He moved on to Kottayam in the Year 2015 to head Taju Juma Masjid.His contributions are now totally changing the personal attitude of every single person of the Locality. The PGDCA that he has taken enabled him to make illiterate Persons literate in Computer Sector.

With the aim of rendering his services to the whole humanity irrespective of Caste & Creed Imam Shamsudin Founded Familia Mind Power Academy.Being the founder Chairman ,He initiated hundreds of Programmes that illuminated number of peoples Life.He also extended his Sincere services to big Organizations by giving Management Training .Musaliar College of Engineering,Chirayinkeezh, MK Silks Thrissur (a unit of Lulu Group), Sun Aviation School, Nedumangad Trivandrum etc are a few of the benefitted organisations. He travels across India for various training programmes for many leading Companies,Institutuions &Organisations.His Profeciency in Arabic, English ,Malayalam& Hindi attracts persons all through the country.
Imam Shamsudin has an inconceivably long list of achievements that include coaching corporate professionals to upskill their attitude, gain high levels of self-confidence and exceed their performance targets. His skill to build confidence in facing people has been put in use well for students of professional colleges preparing for interviews.
