The ingredients I use are easily available at everyday suppliers, avoiding exotic and rare ingredients which often takes longer time to find which is more time consuming than making the recipe itself.
For any 'out-of-the-ordinary' ingredients,I will always recommend another alternative that you can find easily.I also aware that food budgets need to go further these days, hence develop my recipes to be affordable as well as delicious.
