Procedure and terms & Conditions for availing appliances on rent
1. You need to pay rent in advance for a minimum of 2 months atleast.
2. Rent has to paid in cash. Cheques are not entertained.
3. One way cost of transportation has to be paid by the tenant at the time of delivery.
4. Appliances will be delivered at your doorstep on the ground floor with no extra charges except one way transportation cost.
5. For delivery at every additional floor an additional labour charge of Rs 50 has be paid for every additional foor. example if you are living on first floor then the labour charge is Rs 50/-. If you are living on 2nd floor then labour charge is Rs 100/-
6. There is no security money as such.
7. The number of months for which appliance is leased have to be specified in the agreement form.
8. You need t0 provide us with a Xerox/copy of your passport or Aadhar card with one passport size photograph. Our team will help you in filling up the form and in all the paperwork.
