Excel Start Line aims to provide a comprehensive, age-specific programme based on the scientific principles of the Long-Term Development offering fitness to schools and sports academies.I consolidated several years of research and developed a company based on a scientific approach for fitness training. The company, Excel Start Line provides total fitness solutions.

Our philosophy is twofold, namely:

· to maximise an individual's potential, and
· to encourage lifelong involvement in fitness and sports.

Excel Start Line is dedicated to bring fun and fitness and promises to encourage and motivate each individual to build a strong fitness fundamental basis based on the scientific principle approach. Further it will be enhanced through a focus on the ABC'S of athleticism, namely Agility, Balance, Co-ordination and Speed. We hope that combining the ABC'S of athleticism with learning sound running, jumping and throwing techniques which will help children to develop their physical literacy. By physical literacy we mean the building blocks that are necessary for any future fitness activity and sports. The idea is to maximise an individual's potential and more importantly encourage lifelong involvement in sports and fitness.
