FITNESS: a word so often used, a word so often tossed around, a word so often misunderstood. Fitness is not an end, it’s a means, means to a healthy and fulfilling life, means to make you love your body and be comfortable in your skin, means to a happier you. And with all these aims in mind we are announcing the opening of our very first gym and fitness studio – ENGAGE Health and Fitness.

We – Pooja and Maninder-- have opened Engage with only one focus: to guide our clients towards a healthier lifestyle. We have incorporated our exposure of several years of dedicated physical training, both indoors and outdoors, in designing an engaging series of workouts for you including Kickboxing, Circuit Training, Olympic weightlifting, Kettlebells etc. with an aim at keeping all the workouts short, intense and above all fun.

So, come, have a workout or two with us and see what the difference is all about. We promise you will go out the door healthier, stronger and happier, and of course craving for the next workout.
