Learning anything new and remembering / retaining them for later use is a habit that our brain needs to be trained. It takes time in mother tongue. unfortunately, a lot of students are learning in foreign languages. This complicates the learning process.

A child, student has to train the brain to develop vocabulary at the same time study and understand the subject. A demanding ask from the young mind.

Problem 2 : A monotonous classroom experience
Each year a school student is expected to attend 220 days of learning inside the classroom. Assuming each day he spends 5 hours attending to a teacher. 1100 hours of precious life time. Honestly, think about the experience inside the classroom. Did you enjoy going to school ? Did you not dread that boring "subject" and "teacher" ?

An ideal classroom experience is one that is facilitated. Where teacher orchestrates the best outcome from children. We have seen time and again how even a purposeful teacher with proper training in classroom facilitation go back to the old ways of tell and show.

Majority of the students don't care to know what will happen in the next class because majority of the facilitators aren't aware that preparing the students for what comes ahead will set the ball rolling.

Problem 4 : Persist and Never "Give it Up"
Honestly, many stakeholders and leaders give up too soon and too frequently. It is a pandemic impacting the children. we all know that "Change is the only constant", a necessity in a transformation journey. Too often we forget that change is like a tortoise moving at a snails pace.

School leaders give up on their journey due their lack of access to tools that will help their classroom transformation. We want to try harder. We built this tool to support it.
