EDDY CURRENT CONTROLS (INDIA)LIMITED , a public company established in the year 1971 ,pioneered the manufacture of variable speed drives and reladed control systems in collaboration with M/S YASKAWA ELECTRIC COMPANY ,TOKYO JAPAN. The company has his production facilities at different locations in chalakudy kerala ,Coimbatore in tamil nadu. Its all India customer base for variable speed drives includes gaints in the public sector which forms more than 70% of the domestic market. The company also exports the variable speed drives to customers in gulf countries,African countries and even Europe.

1. TOOL ROOM/DIE SHOP

The company has a very good tool room wth capacity to manufacture high precision dies. The has also have high precision machinery facilities and a very good big press shop even with 500 TON capacity hydraulic deep drawin press.

2. MRF AUTOCOAT

The company has also developed EDDY CARCOAT PAINTING SYSTEM. The company has also set up a conveyorised automatic phosphating and painting line with stoving process. MRF has offered their franchise for AUTOCOAT.

Dynodrive is roboust variable speed system on eddy current principle. It is most suited for speed control in the dust and slurry industrial enviorments like cement industry ,coal feeders etc.Dynodrive can be configured to operate in closed loop speed regulation using simple electoic regulator. Eddy also manufactures other special controllers for dynodrive to interface the system to external digital control station etc.
