Sunny has worked in 5-star hospitality properties across different countries over the many years of his career as a chef. His perseverance is what that has brought him to where he is today. Having taken stewardship under many top class chefs and sous chefs of five-star hotels, he has gathered the expertise to cook food that is a delight to the senses, whilst maintaining quality procedures and regulations. His expertise lies in preparing modern international cuisines that resonate of both flavors and taste of Kazakhstan without undermining the importance of producing health in a dish.
