Most of the service providers would be drawn from disadvantageous backgrounds, and would be mostly women. They would be trained and then 'deployed', so that they become financially secure and emotionally strong.
They say don't give fish - teach people how to fish. We say, "give fish AND teach people how to fish AND help them get the market in which they can sell those fish".
