Duggirala is a village in Guntur district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is the mandal headquarters of Duggirala mandal in Tenali revenue division. The village is most notable for the production of Turmeric.HistoryThe Chola dynasty has its presence in the area during 12th century AD, based on the inscriptions on the temple of Kesavaswami in the village.GeographyDuggirala is located at and at an altitude of 14m.
