Dr. SPM Civic Centre, Headquarters of NDMC & SDMC

Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Civic Centre, formerly Headquarter of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, situated at Jawahar Lal Nehru Marg, New Delhi is the Headquarter of North & South Delhi Municipal Corporations of Delhi. It consists of five building blocks. Main Block of Civic Centre is the tallest building in the National Capital Region (Delhi NCR). The Civic Centre comprises of one block with Ground+27 floors and four blocks with Ground+Five floors each. All five blocks of Civic Centre are built over three level common Basement, being used for parking. All blocks of the Civic Centre are provided with all modern amenities. Perhaps this is the most modern Local Body (Municipal) Office in India.
जवाहर लाल नेहरु मार्ग, दिल्ली पर स्थित डा. श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी जन सुविधा केंद्र (सिविक सेंटर) निवर्तमान में दिल्ली नगर निगम का मुख्यालय, अब उत्तरी एवं दक्षिणी दिल्ली नगर निगमों का मुख्यालय है. इसमें पाँच भवन/इमारतें हैं. सिविक सेंटर का मुख्य भवन राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र (दिल्ली एनसीआर) में सर्वाधिक ऊँचा भवन है. सिविक सेंटर का एक भवन भूतल+सत्ताईस तल व चार भवन भूतल+पाँच तल (प्रत्येक) वाले हैं. सिविक सेंटर के ये सभी पाँचों भवन एक उभयनिष्ठ त्रिस्तरीय तहखाने के ऊपर बने हैं जिसका प्रयोग पार्किंग के लिए होता है. सिविक सेंटर के सभी पाँचों भवन सभी आधुनिक सुविधाओं से युक्त हैं. संभवतः यह भारत का सर्वाधिक आधुनिक नगर निकाय (नगर निगम) कार्यालय है.
