100% amount will be refunded only when we cancel the event for any reason.

TOUR PLAN:
Our adventurous Dow Hill Haunted Night Safari starts from the point of Kurseong main town at 11 pm. We will walk all the way of approximately 10 km. Thrill rise after 15 minutes of walking. You still have the option to come back to town. After that no way to come back alone!
Dark night, cloud or dense fog, deep jungle, even and uneven road, high altitude, in some places no mobile signal also.
It’s high altitude, need to take a rest ? Ok just stand or sit somewhere for a while...meanwhile know the history of the place where you are sitting or standing presently...the place is haunted! Do not run away, by that you may found yourself lost alone in the deep hilly dark jungle at the nightmare...just hold your hands tight together...we will leave the place soon! And now we will enter into the more haunted areas of Dow Hill...the haunted Church...the haunted Victoria and Dow hill schools...the headless boy may walking on the road...the Death road...from where some people never came back...! let’s go...

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1) Payment
Private tour or group booking are payable full amount at least 15 days before the tour is due to start. Otherwise tour may cancel out.
2) Safety
By participating in our Ghost Tours you, as an adventurer, will be participating at your own risk.
3) Clothing
When participating on these Tours, you should dress appropriately. Sturdy footwear is essential, (No high heels) as there is often uneven ground with mud and hilly area with stone.
4) Age Restriction
You must be 18* years of age and over to participate in our Tours. If you wish to have someone participate in the Tour and they are under the age of 18 you must inquire first through message on our facebook page and must be accompanied by a paying adult family member/legal guardian.
5) Photography
Cameras that take still photographs are allowed, but flashes can only be used at certain times. Your guide will give directions as to when they can be used. Video cameras are also permitted but without flash light.
6) Weather Condition
What happens if it rains? Tours go ahead, please bring a raincoat or an umbrella each.
7) Time schedule
You are required to be at the ‘Meeting Point’ 15 minutes prior to commencement of Tour. If you are caught in traffic and running late, please contact us on 9830084295 so that we don’t leave* without you.
*we can just wait for maximum one hour, else your participation will be postponed or cancelled. In case, team members may consider the issue.
8) Medical Conditions
Dow Hill Haunted Night Safari can consist of: walking, standing, going up and down stairs, have both even and uneven ground, the weather can be colder, dry, wet, foggy, cloudy, rainy conditions. Please consider this if you suffer any of the listed conditions:-
Difficulties with walking distances or standing for periods of time
Any injuries such as muscle strain or sprains
Any recent surgery that may affect your mobility or comfort
Pregnancy
Heart conditions
High Blood Pressure
Breathing conditions
9) Refund Policy
In order to offer quality tours at affordable prices, all experiences are non refundable, non transferable to other dates or persons and non redeemable for cash. Please carefully review your tour, date and time before booking and purchase.
10) Others Rules
A) Instructions from the Dow Hill Haunted Night Safari Team should be followed at all circumstances.
You are to remain with the tour and not go for a walk elsewhere on your own.
B) For safety reasons, consumption of alcohol will not be tolerated during Tour Events. Anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, during a tour, will be immediately removed from the tour. No refunds will be given in these circumstances.
C) No Smoking rules apply. Car park and street smoking are allowed.
D) We are not responsible for any interruption of service due to accidents, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
NOTE :-
1. All services will be arranged by Dow Hill Haunted Night Safari organisation, but not by any third party agency.
2. Entrance of any spot, house, building, area, church, road, etc. may be closed by the authority or government, in case we shall not be responsible for the interruption. No refund should be claimed in that circumstances.
2. May all new participants in our safari tour would love to see a ghost but that is not the main point of what we do. Instead of we are seeking Historical Haunted Adventures.

DISCLAIMER:
‘Dow Hill Haunted Night Safari’ is not something to show the ghost! Actually it is an adventurous tour into the world famous Haunted place, which is surrounded by dense jungle and high hills of Kanchenjunga.
May all new tourists in our safari would love to see a ghost, but that is not the agenda what we do. Instead of that we will experience the adventure of haunted historical places.
However, in this tour we raise many unknown histories including murders, suicides, brutal punishments, deaths, wars, etc. which are not recorded on the pages of the history about the respective places.
In many cases our story is related to ghosts, demon, monsters, etc. only to create an exciting weather or a suitable environment, not for any prejudice!
