With a vision to enhance the look of printed products with impressive finishing effects, Jayesh Shah (President) has founded DOT Printers in Vasai in 2015. Dot Printers is a new entrant in the screen print industry and we provide after-printing effects on packaging, promotional and commercial products. Some of the major finishing effects include Spot UV, Emboss, Abrasive, Drip, Velvet, 3D Emboss, Mirror, Reflective with varying thickness and distribution. Such value added services enhance the look and aesthetics of the product.

Our facility is spread across 3000 square feet production floor in Vasai with Sakurai's Maestro MS 102 AII - a fully loaded screen print press with dryer along with full-fledged pre-press equipment. MS 102 AII is a screen-to-cylinder press that provides maximum print size of 1050 x 730 mm at the speed of 800 to 4000 impressions an hour on varying thickness ranging from 50 to 800 gsm paper and polymer sheets of less than 0.8 mm thickness. We also use Zhongyi UV inks that have good adhesive and eco -friendly.

Our facility includes Maharashtra's most advanced, state-of-the-art SAKURAI MESTRO 102 AII which is a fully automatic, ultra-high precision rotary, stop cylinder screen press. Designed to meet the ever increasing demands in the field of industrial and commercial screen printing which is imported all the way from Japan. In the field of commercial screen printing, it is used for advertisements requiring long life and sharpness which is a main characteristics of screen printing and in addition for printing on stock produced on offset press. In the field of industrial printing, it is highly suited to printing on many kind of films for electric, electron, motor vehicle and other products. Dot Printers also have a Keywell Squeeze Grinder and state-of-the-art facility maintaining highest precision and quality standards that fit the requirements of our high end customers.
