I help people achieve their physique goals with the minimum effective dose of training and dietary changes. Fitness performance improvements, especially in strength/strength-endurance are a nice bonus.
What I love about what I do is the mental, emotional and personality transformation that often happens with the physical. And people realizing that they do not have to live in the gym and not touch their favourite foods to get/be in shape. Sustainability of results is an important focus.
I train clients mostly at the bare-bones training facility I have created at my home. I also provide thorough diet and training plans/consultation.
My facility is a tool. What clients pay for is what is inside my head.
