CREDAI Nashik formerly known as “The Promoters & Builders Association Nashik” was founded in 1987 with a view to represent the organized sector of developers of Nashik. The old perception of builders in the eyes of the government and the public was sought to be put in the right perspective through the efforts of the association.

CREDAI Nashik has been at the forefront in protecting the interests of the developers and the customers. The liasioning with the government and local body is the prime responsibility of CREDAI Nashik towards its members. And ensuring transparent deals and integrity is its prime responsibility towards customers and Society.
