Cox's Bazar Polytechnic Institute

Cox's Bazar Polytechnic Institute is the Modern Polytechnic Institute in Bangladesh. It is the only one Mid level Engineering Institution in South Chittogoang. It was established in 2004 with only 96 students in the first year classes of 4 Year Diploma-In-Engineering in two technologies, namely Computer and Refrigeration & Air-conditioning. The Institute now offers courses in 4 Year Diploma-In-Engineering in Four technologies, namely Computer, Refrigeration & Air-conditioning, Civil & Food.



The main campus includes of One five?storied Administrative building which are accommodating Office, Library, Prayer room, IT center. Language center & 300 capacity Auditorium., One five?storied Academic building which are accommodating the Class rooms Workshop & Laboratories, Two-storied large workshop building which are accommodating Workshop & Laboratories.



Cox's Bazar Polytechnic Institute operates under the executive control of the ministry of education, Government of the peoples Republic of Bangladesh acting through the Directorate of Technical Education. The academic program?s, however, function under the regulation of the Bangladesh Technical Education Board , Agargaon, Sher-e-Bangla Nagar Dhaka -1215.



LOCATION
The Institute is located at Zilongja (East side of Cox's Bazar-Teknuf highway) about seven kilometers from the largest Sea bitch of the world Cox's Bazar Sea bitch of the Bay of Bangle. It how over covers an area of about 2 acres of land.
