Our beautiful location near Manali in the Indian Himalayas gives our guests the chance to truly relax and get away from it all: no noisy traffic or pollution, just the sounds of nature all around. Situated in an orchard and surrounded by pine forest, privacy is assured. Our homestay units and campsite are about fifty metres apart.

Green Forest Adventures aim is to develop this sector of the tourism industry in our area by offering top quality services at an affordable price for both Homestay and Camping accommodation. Our team’s hospitality is already becoming well known even though we are still a young business.

Green Forest Adventures Homestay & Campsite offer packages to suit all types of groups both large and small. Our guests can either just relax and absorb the beauty around, or participate in some of the great adventure activities we offer.
We provide as part of our packages delicious home-cooked food including; Indian veg and non-veg, Chinese and Continental - all overseen by GFA’s qualified food specialist.

Among activities on offer are several educational courses suitable for school children, such as our Nature trail course and Bird watching course, as well as some fun things to do. Why not come and enjoy a night of campfire fun with us or raft down the nearby Beas River?

Our Photography course tutor is a highly experienced professional photographer. You can choose to combine our Photography course with tours of the area. Learn to shoot on location with our tutor at your side to show you how.

Green Forest Adventures is located next to a local beauty spot below the village of Batahar. A lot of Bollywood movies are shot there, including Salman Khan’s recent hit Tubelight. From GFA you get a great view and can watch them shooting.
