I am A born Optimist, Happiness & Laughter lover. I have personally experienced the blessings of Yoga with positive psychology to heal my chronic spine condition which had got me bed ridden for several years!! I am now working towards reaching out to people, helping them to help themselves to learn to create and find Authentic Happiness, Empowerment & Health through combined blessings of Yoga (Panchkosha Concept, Integrated Approach to Yoga Therapy IAYT) and Positive Psychology at CONNECTING YOGA.
My areas of interest are Breath work, Restorative, Therapeutic & General Wellness Yoga( Pranayams, Asanas & Various Meditations & Yog Nidra). Inner Child Healing(Healing negative, painful childhood memories), Management of Thoughts and Emotions & Mindfulness.
Sessions at Connecting yoga are Positive Psychology based Yoga Sessions & Therapies that focus on both emotional, mental & physical health by Internationally certified & registered Yoga Psychologist(MPhil, 200RYT Yoga Alliance International). At Connecting Yoga you don't change but TRANSFORM inside out by working on your deepest fears, perceptions & belief system on the subconscious level. Inside ie the mind (Manomayye Kosh) when your thoughts, emotions & feelings are not at ease, they exhibit in the physical body (Annamayye Kosh) as Dis-ease !! Come & Bloom...transform by fixing your inner environment.
