Originally started as a home based business by ShriChitar Mal Ji to market whole spices in the small town of Alwar, with a vision to bring quality at the door step of common man’s house is now a leading manufacturer and marketer of spices in more than a thousand villages and cities across India.

Mr. BabuLal Gupta, who shared his father’s vision, bought in the next wave of growth in terms of automation, when he introduced a auger filler machine the first in Rajasthan with a capacity of 1000 packets in an hour in 1992. Mr. BabuLalJi’s managerial and marketing skills, along with his aptitude to develop better capabilities within the firm has provided CIBA with a competitive advantage evincing the firm’s ability to manufacture 4000 pouches using fully computerized production system.
