The idea is the brainchild of Jaya, a young social entrepreneur. Jaya struck out on her own to discover herself. On the journey she found these women teeming with energy and extremely bereft of any constructive opportunity. Jaya taught them the art of making beautiful headbands. Some sweat, some toil, a lot of love and some patience. Chotee is now ready for the world stage. Through contacts Chotee headbands have already travelled in India and to the US and Europe, they now do their first premier in Bangalore.
