The thought of an Indian company which believed that quality and style go hand in hand is what led to the start of chesa dental care. Beginning in the year 1999 as a purely 100% manufacturing unit with an initial manufacturing capacity of about 30- 50 manual chairs per month,the present status seemed like a lifetime away. But due to the enormous effort put in by every one in the chesa team,what seemed so far away was happening suddenly and rapidly. From a basic manual chair they increased their variety by diversifying into other things such as the round back rest chairs which was launched in the Indian market for the first time! Eventually they reached the stage of producing a fully electrically operated chair, which was a rare site at that time. Another first timer introduced in the market by chesa was a chair designed especially for kids -GEMS, after this there was no looking back.

Charts show a steady and constant revolution in terms of innovation , designs and technological growth for Chesa product range. The only complaint that would be heard from their customers was that introducing newer and better models in such short spans of time kept tempting them to exchange their products with the latest at Chesa.

Today Chesa is the only company offering 18 different models of dental chairs thereby giving dentists the widest range of dental chairs in India .They believe in providing a wide variety monetarily inexpensive to expensive, so as to cater to individual needs. Today they offer 100% indigenous products with 6 different models right from the basic model called Topaz to the most sophisticated and advanced model called the Onyx Deluxe.

Their manufacturing unit is located at the Export Promotion zone,whitefield which is the hub of MNC's and leading Indian companies around the world. The manufacturing plant is located over a 40,000 sq. feet premise with the latest machinery for efficient production facility. Chesa's fabrication plant houses machines like the profile cutting unit to provide accurate, precise and uniform production quality , MIG welding machines to ensure welding procedures with unmatched quality, a complete powder coating plant with a seven tank chemical cleaning procedure followed by a heating furnace to ensure complete curing process for the powder coating and painting. After the uniform and systematic assembly line which has individual air and water lines for testing procedures the product is carefully checked and moved to the packing division which again has the latest equipment like the PU foam molding machines and strapping machines to ensure absolute safety of the assembled parts during transportation.

In addition to the conventional production line Chesa has also introduced a hybrid variety of products to furthur add to its range and to provide all solutions under one roof to its customer base. Chesa is also importing and reassembling another range of its dental chairs which have a variety of 10 different models to choose from. They have maintained the financial variety in this range as well. Extending from Ninja to Agni , kohinoor to Barney and many more chairs which are well known in the Indian market. Parts of these products are especially imported to give the desired finish to the product which adds not only to the value but also aesthetic of a dental clinic.
