Chaitanya City is our Dream project for people who wish to build a home of there imagination on the Lap of mother nature, Chaitanya city is divided into 2 parts phase 1 and phase 2,

phase 1 is of 18.44 acre which is complete for its users to build there dream home in the open atmosphere, wide roads of 30 and 40 feets, 6 big and small gardens complete with landscaping, plantation, walking track and amusement for childrens, with each plot clearly covered with 4feet boundry wall to secure your plot wherever you are, with an iron entrance gate.

After the success of phase 1, phase 2 was started on the such a big scale (70 acre) just becoz of the demand of people who failed to book there plots in the 1st phase, the success story of phase 2 started with the booking of 250 plots before the work started,

We have a target of finishing the phase 2 in 18 months time, the highlight of the project are 81 feet Lord Hanuman Ji's statue which will be one of the tallest statues in India (it will be 9 feet taller to Lord Shankar in kachnar city Jabalpur),

2nd highlight of the project is the Vivacious Musical Fountain of 30 feet by 60 feet, which itself will be the 1st in Jabalpur Town, none other project in Jabalpur has a musical fountain and neither is proposed,

A swimming pool of metropolitan standard, together with its 12 Gardens with Landscaping, plantation, walking track and amusement for childrens,

A Yoga and Meditation Centre and a fully Equipped Gymnasium, A Restaurent and a shopping plaza are the main attraction of the Project.
