Brain is no longer a static organ lying in isolation , oblivious to our therapeutic efforts. it is very much dynamic, sensitive, and is capable of reorganizing itself structurally and functionally in response to mental experiences and behavioural and cognitive exercises. Understanding this property of brain has inaugurated a whole gamut of novel treatment approaches for problems like learning disorders.
