CAADENCIA has been conceptualized by ROHIET NAIR. With 16yrs of experience in Dance, Fashion & Fitness ROHIET NAIR has started CAADENCIA. He plans on bringing his expertise in Dance, Fashion and Fitness to the masses around the city by collaborating strengths with some of the best dancers, fitness experts, fashion gurus and theater artists in Bangalore.

CAADENCIA offers children and adults be it students, housewives or professionals, Dance and Fitness classes in Bollywood, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Western Free Style, Belly Dance, Salsa, Kathak, Creative Movement, Pilates, Yoga, Kick Boxing, Kung Fu, Aerobics and Zumba Fitness. In Fashion CAADENCIA conduct workshops for grooming, personality development, theater, catwalk, posture and fashion.
CAADENCIA Family consists of more than 300 students currently and also more than 1000 old students, friends and well wishers. Our motto in life is to LOVE & spread LOVE of the Arts. We believe that only when you respect and love art would you be able to learn and own your skills as an artist.


Team CAADENCIA – we have fine qualified instructors who have been trained under ROHIET NAIR, who are also well equipped with the knowledge of how to handle classes for students of all ages varying from 3yrs to 60yrs of age. They specialize in Bollywood, Western Free Style, Hip Hop and Contemporary style of dance. With Bollywood Films taking center stage in most Indian households, every bride now dreams of a typical “Bollywood Naach Gaana” wedding. With the increasing demand of Sangeeth Choreography we have a special set of instructors trained to teach not only the bride and the groom but also grandparents, uncles, aunties, etc the moves that we call ‘Bollywood Dance’. CAADENCIA has choreographed several such sangeeth functions and made many families happy during their special day.

CAADENCIA Dance Troupe – We also have a team of selected talented young individuals who form our Dance Troupe. They perform at various functions such as Weddings, Corporate Events, Promotional Activities and Flash Mobs.
