A bunch of IT & Business graduates, seeking a bright career in IT industry, unfortunately ended up in a wrong firm, under a wrong leadership. What will you do when your ability to think beyond the limits, is curbed by a wrong leader? The firm made us realize the severity of the common problems faced by clients across the globe, problems that vary from poor quality to lack of deliverance within the prescribed period of time. Whilst employed there, we held our initial meetings in coffee houses and public parks. Entrepreneurship in our minds, we asked ourselves, why do we belittle our thinking power when your thoughts can someday change the world? Why do we work on something that’s forced upon, rather than doing things that you love doing? Why do we dream small when sky is the limit? The answer were actually within us but we never realized. We teamed up, quitted the company and formed Bytrium Solutions.
