It takes hard work, talent and dedication to come together to create a masterpiece. For over three decades, every soul at BMS College of Engineering has persevered tirelessly to make UTSAV a symbol of faith, an inspiration to everyone else. Dated back to 1981, UTSAV is a flamboyant spectacle that acts as a portal for students across India who are zealous to exhibit their competency, expertise and curious to exploit their skill set to the maximum. This fest is known to elevate arts to a height that it becomes a set of beliefs.

UTSAV has been proud to have Bengaluru as its home. Bengaluru is a vibrant city rich in diversity, tradition and culture. In Bengaluru mornings start with the beautiful aroma of coffee in every other street; evenings are decorated by the buzzing crowd of Church Street and St. Marks Road. Festivals bring with them a feeling of oneness among us, as we celebrate them all, with the same joy and enthusiasm. The city walls remind us of our heritage, the metros remind us of our growth, the gardens remind us of our attachment to nature.

In every sense, Bengaluru is a true Metropolitan. Bengaluru brings joy to every soul that calls it their home. Time doesn't run here. Time tends to dance with the scenic celebrations that this city enchants.
