Sudhir Aggarwal.Human rights cell has been formed to stream line the efforts to protect the rights of the people.Human rights are the rights relating to life,liberty, equality and dignity of individuals gauranteed by the onstitution,embodied
in the international Covenants and enforceable by courts in India.
