“Clean India” is a buzz word now a days in our country, but unfortunately most of the organic waste in our country ends up at the landfill sites causing serious environmental and health issues. With depleting availability of landfill sites and ever-growing urban population this problem of rightful disposal of organic waste is going to be mammoth. However these kitchen wastes can be converted into clean energy through innovative solutions.
Founded in December’ 2015, BIPL is a waste-to-energy bio-technology company which is pioneering the development of clean, low-cost & decentralized technology for waste management. BioCNG plant is a BIPL’s inaugural product, and is a unique bio waste to energy solution.
Product of our company is going to help thousands of hotels, restaurants, educational institutes, religious places, army establishments across India to convert all its organic waste into free energy and bio manure. Having strategic alliance with research organization like CSIR and IIT D has helped us in demonstrating clients like Nagar Nigam ,Jhansi , how can they reduce their waste collection & disposal cost tremendously. Just recently Central Government through Gazette Notification has also made it mandatory for all commercial & bulk waste generators to implement & adopt technologies to treat their organic waste at their own premises, thus creating a huge business opportunity for biotech companies like us.
We are proposing that every bulk organic waste generator can treat their Solid waste at their own premises with the help of our Organic BioCNG Plant. This Plant generates energy from food waste & waste water. This Technology is based on series of natural Bio-Chemical reactions which goes in Biogas plant where the good bacteria break down organic materials in the absence of air to produce “gas”. This gas contains mainly Methane & Carbon dioxide. Biogas thus obtained can be used directly for cooking purpose or lightening. As a byproduct bio-manure is also produced. So now we can even create some useful products out of “waste”.
