Bihar Foundation is an independent body formed by the Department of Industries, Government of Bihar that seeks to reach out to the non-resident Biharis (NRBs) across the globe and create bond among them, develop a unique and positive brand of the state in the process and leverage business that may accrue out of such bonding and branding.

Through this Page, we seek to showcase the soft power of Bihar - its art, culture, food, language, literature, heritage, history and overall legacy.
