Bhatanwara

Bhatanwara is a Village located in Satna District of Madhya Pradesh. The village holds popularity due to the temple of goddess MAA KALIKA. It is a highly revered religious place situated in Bhatanwara and witnesses the visit of a large number of people. The Kalika Maa Temple is popular for its amazing History. This temple is crowded throughout the year. The temple also has immensely beautiful architecture, which attracts tourists here. One of the main festivals of village is Navratri, and on this festival large numbers of people from different places come to Bhatanwara.

BHARHUT STUPA
There is an another historical place near to Bhatanwara Village called BHARHUT STUPA which s near around 100 B.C., a great stupa was made at Bharhut, Bharhut stupa was initially built by Asoka and was later improvised by the Sungas.

How to reach
Bhatanwara is well connected through Satna City around 10km. The main railway station in the Village is Satna Railway Station. The Village is also well connected by Satna - Amarpatan Road which making it easy for visitors to reach here by road.
