The collective genius of Mr Rajesh Aggarwal and Chef Anand Rangari have been legendary as they bring together once again a combination of thoughtful ideas and creativity at its best. Rajesh who has been a hotelier since the past 25 years (Hotel Surya Pvt. Ltd. –Deccan rendezvous now). A BE civil from Pune University with vast experience in the hospitality industrys. He not only brings in the talent of the hospitality industry but also the experience in modified plastic Attitude Life Science Products p ltd’ A crystalline and amorphous engineering thermoplastics. The base resin feed stocks come from Tier1 supply base which includes most thermoplastics from Polyolefins, Stryenics, Elastomers, Nylons, PC, PPS to PEEK. In other words, we compound every thermoplastic with exception of PVC.

Chef Anand Rangari on the other hand comes in with twenty years of experience in the Hospitality industry. A feather in his cap has been the award winning Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Dubai. Evolved and experimented with German Cuisine bringing “Der Keller” the German Restaurant into the top 10 ranking restaurants of Dubai (year 2004).

Hands on expertise of Basic theory of cookery, Presentations, Menu Planning, Costing & Quality Control. With a Diploma in Hotel Management Catering Technology and applied nutrition from India’s Premiere “Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai. A specialist in German, Italian, Mexican, South East Asian and Indian Cuisine, Presently working as Executive Chef with Hotel Deccan Rendezvous, Pune.

Both the directors of the company have combined experience of about 40 years in the line and are well versed with hospitality and market scenario.
