OUR HERITAGE

The Baskin-Robbins story is one of love and experimentation.

At an age where vanila and tradition ruled the roost. Burt Baskin and Irv Robbins along with their mutual love of ice creams set out to change it all! Their idea was to spread happiness with a world of flavors under the big 31 label in their parlours.

These one of a kind parlors provided patrons with delectable flavors that would change the definition of ice cream today.

This delicious journey that started oh-so-many years ago still continues, with over 1,000 flavors and industry benchmarks that are yet to be surpassed. Also, it is interesting to know that baskin-Robbins today is busy spreading happiness in more than 35 countries and 6,000 locations!

This incredible journey of flavors also bought Baskin-Robbins to India in 1993, where the first parlor was opened to spread the flavor of happiness in India. Thereon, with each year both the number of parlors and flavors grew with leap and bounds to reach up to 450 parlors in nearly 100 cities of the country. Today Baskin-Robbins continues to make each neighborhood a tasty and fun place for customers.
