Bardia Tiger Resort

Bardia mostly cover forest and biggest national Park lies in it and total forest area is 121682 hector. There is Banke District (Man Khola) is East, Kailali District (Karnali River) in west, Surkhet and Salyan District in North and India (Baiharich, UP) in South. The head quarter of district is Guleria with all administration. Bardia has 1 municipality, 31 VDCs, 4 parliament election areas and 13 District development committee area.

Bardia has three distinct seasons, each providing a unique experience. From October through March the weather is dry. The days are warm, and the nights are cool and pleasant. From April to June the temperatures warm up, are peaking up to 42°c in May. The hot sticky days give way to the monsoon rains that lasts until September.
