BAR BAR is an original concept gastropub designed to allow today’s customer to experience wholesale pricing at bar. In other words, Drink More & Pay Less. It is based on the simple school of thought that the more you buy, the less you pay: like any wholesale market.
The concept is designed for today’s yuppie / student who enjoys a friendly, fun space, perfect for large groups or even for a quick drink. The menu is designed like a guide that shows customers “How to Drink More & Pay Less”. The first step involves drinking within the stipulated categories. Categories are pre-fixed groups of alcohol – Premium, Popular and Luxury – which contains a selection of spirits: whisky, vodka, rum, gin and even liqueurs. If the entire group sticks to a category, you can hit MWP or Maximum Wholesale Price where drinks get as low as Rs 100.
The spirits menu encompasses classic spirits available in categories; cocktails served in unique measuring cylinders of 250 ML and 500 ML making for a standout feature. There's also a dedicated section to everyone’s favorite potent cocktail: the Long Island Iced Tea with flavours like Cranberry, Ginger Ale and Cola. The food menu is quirky inspired by carnival and streetside food like toasties, tiffins (complete meal), popcorns (fish, shrimp, pork, vada pops) and other kooky categories.
