The space is built mainly for the artist crowd and hence the installations which attract almost every
local artist and also gives that aura to the place. But not only artists,
people from every profession and any age group steps here with their friends and families.
We have tried to give a fused ambience mixing western and traditional ideation with a raw and rustic theme.

The ideal footfall we get on weekdays is more than 500 people and that number doubles to be more than 1000 people on weekends. The total size of the plot is 87,000 sq. ft. and has the capacity of approximately 3500+ people.
