We make no compromise on the quality of products , since Avees owns a modern ,state of the arts rice processing plant, near by in pulincunnoo . Rice from surrounding paddy fields is turned into high quality products , using traditional artisanal practices of the region . we follow a conventional course for washing drying and powdering the rice and fry the produce in large brass pans over slow burning firewood . Skilled craftsmen carry out the entire process in an impeccably clean and hydienic environment
