ORIGIN:
“ASHA” is a rural based registered developmental organization founded on
21st June 1988, after 15 years of gaining community development experience as a registered voluntary organization from project to program on the principle of autonomous, apolitical, secular, non-sectarian, non-profit
making with Inter disciplinary nature.

“ASHA” means “The Hope”. It has emerged for the restoration of new hopes in the hearts of the deprived, excluded, vulnerable and marginalized millions who have been victims of the existing socio-economic, cultural, environmental, political conditions of the contemporary society.

“ASHA” is The Hope, both for the hopeless and have-nots.
