Apsarkonda

Apsarakonda:
A perennial water fall and pool on the backdrop of sharply raising hillocks. As the name indicates, it’s the place where the heavenly Apsaras really love bathing. The panoramic view of the silver sand beach and sunset from the hill top is really refreshing. Natural caves are found of the hillock called ‘Pandavas Caves’.
Forest Department has now gives a new look to this beautiful spot by creating additional tourist facilities like: Interpretation Centre, Pargola, Sunset View Point, Boating and Garden. A Restaurant is in the making.

Connectivity: Its 8 km from Honavar towards Bhatkal on National Highway 66.
