About Wholistic Yoga- Yogalates

Yoga was something that was conventionally thought to be practiced only by the older generation, something to which the younger generation never even paid heed to.8 years back as i started my journey in yoga with the traditional practice, i could manifest its beautiful effects and could start to sense how i would feel different the days i practiced yoga vs the day i didn't. unfortunately the conventional pattern didn't keep me hooked for to long, i wandered until i found various other schools of yoga and realized, yoga isn't boring, it just needs an unconventional projection, which would suit the today's "modern man". Where time and space are major constraints, everyone wants to have the best in the shortest amount of time and space.

i had been training myself in other sports and activities too and realized if one hour could give you yoga as the foundation for the physical, mental, spiritual and psychological balance, we needed just some sports techniques which could add on to it, to make it super effective with weight loss/ weight gain/ strength, stamina , and endurance development.

Hence i started my own individual practice of seeing how yoga+Pilates+ Bootcamp Training(on your mat), could give a complete whole package in one hour. The cardio workout, to the muscle toning and strengthening, to the body part toning and weight loss, to the breathing & mediation to calm and relax the mind and body, by the end of one hour.

With my individual experience and satisfaction, i went ahead to practice it in my class with my students of all ages(16-65), all thoroughly enjoying it, with of course variations for each individual as every individual has his/her own set on unique potential and limitations.

Hence, came about the discovery of Wholistic Yoga, with its uniqueness and USP of never repeating the same workout...we make every class different, something to which we all look forward to. With weekly and monthly themes(eg: 30 days abs challenge, to one week of 15 minutes mediation in every class to bring a drastic change in our mind and body and various such modules catering to each and every student in a unique way.)
