Our working
At the outset we’ll meet with you to discuss your requirements. From here, whilst keeping you informed and in firm control, we’ll deal with the following:
The Venue – Using our extensive knowledge of venues. We’ll find the perfect location for your event` whether it be a large ground, a college premises, , where ever you’re located in , India, with our Exhaustive research Team we help you find the most suitable venue as per your expectations and budget.

The Suppliers – We’ll source all the necessary suppliers for your event from florists and stationers to photographers and entertainers. For each area of your event, we’ll produce a detailed shortlist of thoroughly vetted professionals complete with references and fees enabling you to make an informed decision.
The Management – We take care of all your event administration; arranging appointments, attending meetings, ordering samples and handling all event related paperwork, phone calls and emails. We manage your budget, track all payments, develop a event day schedule and liaise with all your suppliers to ensure they are clear regarding the day’s arrangements. Throughout the planning process, we are always on hand to give you the benefit of our expert knowledge and experience.

The Design – We work with you to identify a design theme that is personal and unique to you and your celebration.
