Agarwal Metal Processing Industries is a service centre for processing flat products like HR coils, HRPO coils, CR coils, GP coils. AMPI has been led by the dynamic leadership of Mr. Rameshwarlal Agarwal with his rich 35 years experience in steel industry. AMPI is located in Chennai, Tamilnadu which is a automotive hub of India with the presence of companies like FORD, BMW, NISSAN, HYUNDAI, TVS, ASHOK LEYLAND LTD etc. It produces almost 1 million vehicles in all categories. AMPI felt the need for a state of the art service centre for Cold Rolled and Hot Rolled sheets to cater to the auto segments and many other segments present in south of India.
The group consisting of processing centre, distribution companies - Sri Agarwal Ispat and Agarwal Steel Enterprises has more than 150 crores turnover catering to OEM's and trade sector in Tamilnadu. The various industries served through us are Auto sector, Lift manufacturers, Electrical panel, White goods, Furniture segment, Frabrication, Power sector, Cement industries and other projects in Tamilnadu.
AMPI is one of the first service centres in the unorganised steel distribution sector to set up service centre to add value to the Automotive Sector by supplying blanks on JIT basis and thereby optimising inventory levels.
Inspired by the success in this sector, we retained the basic concept and added facilities to provide value-added products to cater to industries such as Auto, Home appliance, Electrical, Lift segment, Construction, Furniture, Fabrication etc.,
We are proud to have sustained our superior qualities based on high quality of prime raw material procured through JSW steel ltd, state-of-the-art processing lines and ex-stock availability of all grades of Cold Rolled and Hot Rolled products which results in shorter lead time and JIT deliveries.
