What do we offer? Foreign social internships. You will be sent to say, Russia to work on a social project with 20 other people all coming from 20 different countries. For the entire duration, you will interact with them, share ideas, know their perspective and form life long friends. :)
What do u get out of this?
Say you're going for placements after college, the first question the interviewer asks is 'Can u adapt to different environment?'. Well! You have the answer. You have traveled to a totally different country and spent time there! If you're going for highers, they all have a specific percentage assigned for social service. Here you are actually going to make an impact in other country. If you're MBA, the interviewer will ask you 'What differentiates you from others?'. They all say 'I went to this company...' And you say, 'I'm an AIESECer' :)
