Aerothymics Fitness was started in the year 2009 by Anjali Sakharkar, Central India’s first Reebok Certified and an Accredited Rehab Trainer. Aerothymics was started hoping to inspire people to live balanced and healthy lifestyles. Anjali brought along with her the much needed professionalism in this field. Her fun way approach to fitness blended with the seriousness is highly appreciated by her clients. She believes firmly in updating her knowledge regularly through a Continuous Training Programme.

Her goal is to help as many individuals as possible achieve their body composition and performance goals through simple, tried and true, stress free aerobics and strength training and nutrition guidelines.
Aerothymics is committed to give quality fitness regimes to the clients, since there is a dearth of qualified fitness trainers in the city. Aerothymics firmly believes in a healthy natural way of loosing weight.
