Abhinam Yoga

Abhinam Yoga Center is a Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga school that runs Teacher Training Courses registered by Yoga Alliance USA and UK.

We are located neat a sunny beach in Goa and at a very beautiful hill station in North India called Dharamshala, India.

In Goa we have beautiful rooftop shala near Morjim beach where students can stay during their training. We provide organic vegetarian food to all participants at our school.

While Yoga Teacher Training Courses are currently the main focus at Abhinam Yoga Center, we also offer 5 day workshops and courses in Yoga.

‘Abhinam’ is a Sanskrit word meaning ‘humble, ego-less, open to learn’. Abhinam Yoga Center has been started with the approach that a good teacher is one who is capable of being a good student. Yoga is a lifelong learning process; it is a life-style and demands a very humble, open and innocent mind.

Our team of teachers consists of individuals who have been working in the field of yoga and meditation for many years. They have trained yoga in various styles, traditions and schools.
