C) Palm Castle : This project includes 5 Apartments in one unit and each apartment constituted of 1350 SQ FT of useable area.

D) Abhimanyu Garden : This includes two units among which one constituted 4 Apartments and the other had 5 Apartments with an area of 1600 SQ FT each.

E) Chellapas : This Project constituted of 12 Rowhouses each with an area of 1956 SQ FT.

F) Gowri Garden : This consists of 17 Apartments divided into 4 Blocks each with an area of 1200 SQ FT.

G) Golden House : This was an Individual House Built by us constituting of 4000 SQ FT.

We sold layout of about 1,00,000 SQ FT in ECR,Chennai.
