To qualify for working Team Incentive Every Retailer requires sponsoring Minimum 2 Retailers for Combo sim Recharge Business.

Separately one in A Team and other one in B Team. After Qualifying a tail is required first time to avail benefit of Working Incentive.

However if they Sponsor more than 2 Retailer combo sim sales on their choice of A or B Team, the sale will be placed to the extreme bottom vacancy on the selected side. The first Team Incentive will be released when you have min of 3 Combo sim sales on total of 2 sides as tail system.


All the combo sim sales will be accumulated in the A and B Team separately. The highest Balanced on the both sides will be paid as working Team Incentive as Matched pairs with Rs. 300/- per pair. Team Incentive with a daily upper ceiling 10 Pairs. The pairs matched above the daily ceiling will be flushed out and un-balanced will be carry forward for next day business. It says every one can earn Rs. 3000 per day in the working Team Incentive. However the basic norms of binary system are followed to apply trimming as and when required.
Global Sales Royalty
The Company is excited to pay an assured income every month for the field team who prove themselves. The company spares fund from every new combo sim package Products sold in the company and share among all the eligible Retailers. Company designed 7 types Global Sales Royalty Club. As Silver, Gold, Super Gold, platinum, Ruby, Diamond and crown. This Royalty fund will be Provided life time with compulsory monthly targets.

Eligibility for Royalty:

Let us assume-in a calendar month the company has got 10000 new Combo sim activation sales. So the Silver club Global sales Royalty for the Month will be Rs. 55 X 10000 New sales = Rs. 5,50,000 –

In the company there are 100 Retailers who completed 200 combo pair sale and also sold new 20 pairs combo sim in current month. Then the Silver club Global Royalty will be as follows:

Rs. 5,50,000
----------------- = Rs. 5,500 will be the Silver Global
100 Eligible Royalty for the month.


* Same Calculation logic will apply for Gold, Super Gold, platinum, Ruby and Diamond clubs with allotment of Rs. 40,15,10,9,7,5
